Job summary

Outcomes is seeking a Senior Product Manager to partner with senior leadership to define the product vision and strategy for pharmacy operations. You will lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales and marketing, owning end-to-end product lifecycle and driving data-driven decisions using Looker and BI insights.

You will work with customers, build robust roadmaps, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor other product managers as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience with healthcare workflows and pharmacy operations.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and data security.
• Proficiency in BI tools and dashboard development, especially Looker or Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Own the Insights analytics product built on Google Looker.
• Develop and orchestrate a strategic product roadmap with leadership.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, design, sales, marketing and exec leadership.
• Onboard customers and enable Looker dashboards; train large customers.
• Scope and prioritize data feeds and reporting needs with engineering.
• Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and monitor performance metrics.
