Job summary

Outcomes® is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define the product vision and strategy for transforming pharmacy operations and patient care. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, and own the Insights analytics product built on Google Looker.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, manage research and business cases, and guide less experienced PMs, all while navigating regulatory and data security requirements in healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management in healthcare tech.
• Deep understanding of pharmacy operations and healthcare workflows.
• Proficient in agile development and executive-level communication.
• Ability to prioritize multiple priorities.
• Regulatory compliance and data security experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead roadmap and strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Own Insights analytics product built on Looker.
• Coordinate with data team for dashboards and reports.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data security.
• Mentor and coach junior PMs.
