Ladders seeks a Senior Manager, Pharmacy Product to lead the vision and strategy for a consumer-facing healthcare offering. You will own the roadmap, prioritize backlog, and drive product health with data-driven insights in an Agile environment.

Remote role based in the US; collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver value at scale. We’re looking for a leader who can coach others, foster collaboration, and drive execution while translating customer needs into scalable

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or IT/software development.
• 7+ years in software product management for large-scale consumer products.
• 5+ years leading Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban).
• 5+ years driving cross-functional collaboration.
• 3+ years as a team leader, coach, or mentor.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate customer perspectives.
• Build and align feature roadmaps and provide leadership recommendations.
• Prioritize the team backlog to maximize business value.
• Use performance data to identify health issues and insights.
