Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Product Analytics Associate to lead the development and execution of a data-driven product roadmap in collaboration with engineering, product, and clinical operations.

You will build robust data pipelines with dbt, design and interpret A/B tests, and develop ROI projections to prioritize projects based on business impact. You will create analytics-ready datasets and maintain Power BI dashboards to track product health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in product analytics or data science.
• Experience with dbt or similar analytics engineering tools including Git.
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, and predictive modeling.
• Advanced SQL and Python or R.
• Experience collaborating with data engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Define, track, and report on product metrics including performance and profitability.
• Build and maintain data transformation models using dbt to create analytics-ready datasets.
• Design and interpret A/B tests; apply causal inference methods when needed.
• Develop ROI projections to prioritize analytics initiatives by impact.
• Tell data stories to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor product health.
