Job summary

CoAd is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to define, build, and scale innovative HCM solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will own a significant product domain, guide strategy, customer discovery, and roadmaps while collaborating with Engineering, UX, AI, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption and growth.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of progressive Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and delivery execution.
• Experience within HCM, payroll, benefits administration, workforce management, fintech, or other complex B2B SaaS environments.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional product initiatives from discovery through launch and optimization.
• Experience using AI tools and practices to improve product management workflows and deliver AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies that align with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Develop and maintain outcome-focused product roadmaps that balance customer needs, technical modernization, compliance requirements, and growth initiatives.
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
• Lead refinement sessions, clarify requirements, manage trade-offs, and remove delivery obstacles.
• Partner with Engineering, BA, QA, UX, and Architecture teams to deliver high-quality product capabilities.
