Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape product direction, evolve our design system, and drive AI-informed workflows. You will craft complex, high-impact experiences for payroll, HR, and benefits platforms used by thousands of employees nationwide.

You will collaborate with UX leadership, product, and engineering to deliver production-ready designs, rapid prototyping, and scalable patterns while advancing accessibility and user-centered decision making.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of UX design experience in B2B or enterprise software.
• Experience in payroll, HCM, PEO, or similarly complex/regulated domains.
• Advanced Figma skills (components, variables, prototyping, dev handoff).
• Proven use of AI tools as part of design workflow (research synthesis, prototyping, iteration).
• Demonstrated ability to design and present end-to-end workflows.
• Comfort leading critiques and communicating decisions with stakeholders.
• Track record delivering production-ready, high-quality work.
