CoAd is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define, build, and scale innovative HCM solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will own a significant product domain, guiding strategy, discovery, roadmaps, and delivery in collaboration with Engineering, UX, AI, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications
- 6-8 years of progressive Product Management experience with ownership of strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
- Experience in HCM, payroll, benefits administration, workforce management, or fintech.
- Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives from discovery to launch.
- Experience using AI to improve product management workflows.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy and roadmap for a key HCM domain.
- Lead customer discovery, market research, and problem validation.
- Prioritize investments based on value and ROI.
- Partner with Engineering, QA, UX, and Architecture to deliver capabilities.
- Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and KPIs.
- Support launch planning, UAT, and release readiness.
- Drive AI-enabled innovation to improve outcomes and differentiation.
- Monitor adoption and performance, and communicate results.
