Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to shape the vision for our Benefits and HR product domains. You will report to the Chief Product Officer, build a world-class PM organization, and maintain hands-on leadership during the team-building phase.

This role requires deep HCM, payroll, and benefits expertise, coupled with strategic thinking and a passion for delivering measurable customer and business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Product Management in HCM, payroll, benefits, or multi-product SaaS.
• 5+ years in people leadership with direct P&L responsibility.
• Deep expertise in HCM, payroll, benefits workflows.
• Proven ability to establish or elevate a product management operating model.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, UX, Finance, and GTM.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and multi-year strategy for the assigned domain.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, industry trends, and competitive threats.
• Translate strategy and targets into prioritized product investments with clear ROI.
• Serve as the voice of the customer; champion customer needs across product decisions.
• Define roadmaps, balance near-term commitments with long-term investments.
• Lead and coach a team of product managers; establish governance and accountability.
