Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Senior Product Manager to define, build, and scale HCM solutions in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will own a significant product domain, guiding strategy, discovery, roadmap, and delivery with Engineering, UX, AI, Customer Success, and Operations.

Qualifications

6–8 years progressive Product Management experience with strategy, roadmap, and delivery ownership.
Experience in HCM, payroll, benefits, workforce management, fintech, or complex B2B SaaS.
Proven cross-functional initiative leadership from discovery to launch.
Experience applying AI to improve PM workflows and outcomes.
Strong requirements writing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for a key HCM domain and drive outcomes.
Conduct customer interviews, market research, and opportunity discovery.
Write clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Partner with Engineering, QA, UX, and Architecture to deliver capabilities.
Leverage AI to enhance discovery, delivery efficiency, and decisions.
Define and monitor product KPIs and communicate progress to leadership.
