Capital One Shopping seeks a Senior Manager, Product Management to own growth and retention experiments across merchant experiences. You will partner with engineering to rapidly test and launch AI-enabled consumer journeys, using SQL and analytics to measure ROI and drive investment decisions.

You are a data-driven leader with startup grit, capable of building cross-functional teams, owning roadmaps, and communicating trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 5+ years of Digital Product Management experience, 2+ years in consumer-facing PM.
• 3+ years of SQL for data analysis and product monitoring.
• 2+ years driving Product Growth (acquisition, activation, retention).

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and development of consumer reward experiences to maximize early adoption and long-term retention.
• Leverage data analytics and user insights to build personalized cross-channel journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering in a cross-functional leadership capacity to rapidly test and launch optimized experiences.
• Own business cases, prioritization, and ROI-driven decision models with SQL/Excel analyses.
