Capital One Shopping is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to own consumer growth and retention experiences. You will leverage data analytics and AI-driven approaches to deliver personalized journeys and drive rapid experimentation with cross-functional engineering teams.

The role requires leading strategy, business case formation, and operational reporting using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling. Remote-Eligible, with market salary differences by location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
• 5+ years in Digital Product Management, with at least 2 years in consumer-facing product management.
• At least 3 years of experience with SQL for data analysis and product monitoring.
• At least 2 years of experience driving product growth (acquisition, activation, retention).

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and development of consumer reward experiences to maximize early adoption and long-term retention.
• Leverage analytics to build and scale personalized, cross-channel product journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering in a cross-functional leadership capacity to rapidly test and launch optimized experiences.
• Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.
