Job summary

Capital One Shopping is seeking a Sr Director of Product Management for Growth (Remote-Eligible). You will own the merchant onboarding and activation experiences across Shopping, driving scalable growth with AI-driven insights and cross-functional execution.

Collaborate with Engineering, Analytics and Finance to design and launch new experiences, build operational reports in SQL and Excel, and prioritize investments based on data. A strong PM track record and AI interest are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• 5+ years in high growth/startup tech environment (preferred).
• At least 5 years experience with SQL.
• Strong business analysis experience (preferred).
• 8+ years working with software engineering to build tooling and processes (preferred).
• Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the team, technology, and tooling to onboard and activate merchant relationships across Shopping’s product experiences.
• Design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences with engineering.
• Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution to launch and test new experiences.
• Develop business cases, prioritize work, and build reports/models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling.
