The candidate will drive ROI through analytics, build operational reports in SQL and Excel, and manage business cases, prioritization, and monitoring to maximize early adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Product Management, at least 2 of which are in consumer-facing Product Management.
• At least 3 years of experience working with SQL for data analysis and product monitoring
• At least 2 years of experience driving Product Growth (e.g., user acquisition, activation, or retention)

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and development of consumer reward experiences designed to maximize early product adoption and long-term retention.
• Leverage data analytics and user behavior insights to build and scale personalized, cross-channel product journeys that create the most value for our users.
• Work directly with engineering in a cross-functional leadership capacity to iteratively build, rapidly A/B test, and launch optimized consumer experiences.
• Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring for the product experiences under your purview, building a suite of operational reports and models using SQL, Excel, and financial modeling to drive optimal investment decisions.
