Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 5+ years of Digital Product Management, at least 2 in consumer-facing PM.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL for data analysis and monitoring
• 2+ years of experience driving Product Growth (e.g., user acquisition, activation, retention)

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and development of consumer reward experiences to maximize early adoption and retention.
• Leverage analytics and user insights to scale personalized cross-channel journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering to iteratively build, A/B test, and launch optimized experiences.
• Develop business cases, prioritize features, and build reports/models to guide investments.
