Qualifications

• At least 2 years driving Product Growth (acquisition/activation/retention).
• Preferred: 5+ years in high-growth startup tech env; 5+ years SQL; 5+ years business analysis; 8+ years with software engineering teams; demonstrated AI application.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and development of consumer reward experiences to maximize early adoption and retention.
• Leverage data analytics to build personalized, cross-channel product journeys.
• Collaborate with engineering in a cross-functional capacity to rapidly A/B test and launch optimized experiences.
• Own the business case, prioritization, and monitoring with reports and financial models to guide investments.
