Job summary

Visa is seeking a Senior Director of Loyalty, Digital Enablement and Network Products Lead to drive regional Issuing Solutions in North America from the Product Office. You will collaborate with regional and global leaders to shape roadmaps, manage client needs, and translate market insights into scalable revenue streams.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area with limited travel, reporting to the VP of VAS NA.

Qualifications

• 12 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 5 years relevant work experience with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Execute on a multi-year regional strategy for VAS business.
• Partner with Global Issuing Solutions leaders to deliver regional products.
• Deliver regional roadmaps aligned with global product guidance.
• Develop GTM strategies with Sales and Client Services to enable easy selling and buying.
• Lead cross-functional teams to define and demonstrate client value in solutions.
