Alternative Payments is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own end-to-end product areas spanning receivables, payables, and analytics. You’ll define success metrics, shape the roadmap, and own the full customer experience for every launch, from enablement to rollout.

You’ll write clear PRDs for engineering and collaborate on design decisions, using AI tools as part of daily work. Hybrid NY work eligibility applies.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech/payments.
• Ability to generate problem sets from ambiguity using data, conversations and competition.
• Strong storytelling and PRD writing to guide engineering without meetings.

• Set success and guardrail metrics before work; defend why they beat alternatives.
• Prioritize roadmap and descoping when evidence says not to ship.
• Own full customer experience for launches: enablement, support load, pricing, rollout.
• Write PRDs and artifacts that engineering can act on with minimal clarification.
• Engage on system design docs and AI-tools as part of day-to-day building.
• Help standardize PM processes across product areas.
