Alternative Payments is building the financial operating system for SMBs, leading with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and AI-powered analytics. We are seeking a Head of Product who will own the full vision, drive cross-functional ownership, and raise the bar for the PM team.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of product experience across fintech or vertical SaaS with payments revenue.
• Proven experience managing product managers and designers across a multi-product portfolio.
• Technical enough to read a system design doc and write credible PRDs.
• Fluency with AI as a product capability and familiarity with embeddings, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for strategy docs and leadership reviews.

Aufgaben

• Own the product roadmap across AR, AP, and analytics and identify gaps that cause friction.
• Manage and grow a team of product managers and product designers across the organization.
• Collaborate with PMs to sharpen PRDs and bridge product and engineering with credible requirements.
• Define and own the future product vision by synthesizing market signals, customer insight, and strategy.
• Lead thoughtful AI integration as a core product capability that creates partner value.
• Establish best practices for discovery, prioritization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.
