Job summary

Alternative Payments is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a full product area spanning accounts receivable, accounts payable, and analytics end to end. You will define problems from data, support volume, customer conversations, and competitive movement, sequence them, and defend that sequence in writing for cross-functional action.

This role is ideal for someone who owns the entire customer experience of launches, writes clear PRDs, and collaborates with engineering on design choices,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with ability to generate a problem set from ambiguity.
• Structured problem-solving to identify the binding constraint and prioritize work.
• Genuine sophistication in fintech, payments, or related domain.

Responsibilities

• Set the success and guardrail metrics before work begins and defend the choice.
• Prioritize roadmap and descope work based on evidence.
• Own the full customer experience around every launch: enablement, support load, pricing, and rollout.
