Job summary

Fin is a next-generation payments platform seeking a Product Manager to lead products from ideation through implementation and continuous improvement. You will own research, definition, pricing strategy, GTM planning, and post-launch iteration.

In this role, you will partner with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and growth to define requirements, shape roadmaps, and drive fast, data-driven product improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management and/or business development with a track record of taking products from 0→1 or scaling them.
• Experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including engineers, designers, operators, sales, and partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present strategy and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage analytics to inform decisions and drive improvements.
• Bias toward action; comfortable moving fast and solving problems in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead products end-to-end from user research to development, launch, and iteration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure execution.
• Drive product shaping with problem definition, feature scoping, and roadmap prioritization.
• Manage day-to-day operational details and ensure product readiness for launch.
• Track product performance using metrics and qualitative feedback to identify improvements.
• Work with external partners to deliver integrated product experiences.
