Job summary

Voith US Inc. in Appleton, WI, seeks a Senior Product Manager for the Fiber Systems product line to lead the development and execution of product strategies from concept through launch, collaborating across Sales, Applications, Service, and Supply Chain.

You will own the full lifecycle, build a compelling vision and roadmap, identify market opportunities, and drive profitable growth for new machines, rebuilds, upgrades, and wear parts in North America.

Qualifications

• Pulp and paper knowledge and experience are required.
• Experience working with external customers and market-facing initiatives is a plus.
• Strong technical skills and business acumen are essential.
• Ability to develop and support go-to-market strategies with measurable business impact.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with influencing abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for customer visits and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain expert knowledge of Fiber Systems product lines (Thickening, Screening & Cleaning) and identify market opportunities.
• Develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and NA roadmap for the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Applications, Service, Supply Chain, and Global Product Management to drive growth.
• Define business cases, investments, and prioritize initiatives based on impact and alignment with strategy.
• Support Sales and customers through technical presentations, trials, startups, data gathering, and troubleshooting.
