Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Fiber Systems product line. You will drive product strategy, portfolio management, and go-to-market execution across cables, assemblies, connectivity, enclosures, and tools to achieve revenue and profit targets.

You will lead cross-functional efforts, develop roadmaps, and partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to deliver profitable growth while staying current with industry trends and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering/product management.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proven ability to meet objectives and timelines.
• Excellent written and oral communication; cross-functional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for assigned product lines with annual marketing plans and roadmaps.
• Drive top-line growth through new products and marketing efforts.
• Serve as primary contact and expert for product lines with stakeholders.
• Maintain relationships with sales, distributors, and customers to identify opportunities.
• Aggregate sales data, pricing, competition, and proposals for the product area.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to align capacity with demand.
• Monitor tech advances to shape competitive strategy and product development.
• Communicate updates across the organization and present business cases.
• Inform management on progress and market trends for assigned lines.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies including promotions and collateral.
• Support sales through training, trade shows, and market development programs.
