Job summary

Voith US Inc. in Appleton, WI is seeking a Project Manager to lead Paper Machine Rebuilds and Fiber Systems projects from late-stage quotes to closure.

You will focus on short- to mid-term projects and oversee internal and external manufacturing activities to ensure on-time delivery. You will serve as the single point of contact for customers, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and drive project budgets and deadlines toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of related project management experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define the delivery deadline and prepare the sales schedule for forecasted projects by evaluating lead times and capacity.
• Monitor and ensure the fulfillment of schedules and delivery dates for each project.
• Coordinate planning of internal and external resources including third parties.
• Define priority among projects by balancing needs and resources.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
