Superior Essex seeks a Product Manager of Premises Fiber & Assemblies to own strategy, planning, and lifecycle management from concept to end-of-life. This role links product management with manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain to ensure market-ready, production-ready, and scalable solutions.

You will drive the portfolio's financial performance, sales enablement, and competitive positioning while maintaining cost discipline and quality through continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
• 5+ years of industry experience; communications products experience preferred.
• Experience supporting sales teams with business insights, sales tools, product materials, training, and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financials and support sales teams.
• Develop and execute business plans for product lines.
• Expand product lines to boost value, market share, and profitability.
• Create training materials for inside and outside sales.
• Report and analyze key product metrics.
• Benchmark with competitors and perform market analysis.
• Collaborate with sales and PLM on selling strategies and field support.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to support marketing.
• Participate in special projects as required.
