Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering/product management.
• MBA preferred; certifications such as DCDC or RCDD are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for assigned product lines by establishing annual marketing plans, product roadmaps, line growth strategy, and financial operating plans.
• Drive profitable top-line and market-share growth through business development, new products, and marketing efforts.
• Recognized as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for assigned product lines; support for sales, distributors and customers.
• Maintain close working relationships with Sales, distributors and customers to identify new opportunities and grow sales.
• Aggregate sales data, pricing, competitive intel and proposals for the responsible product area.
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to align manufacturing capacity with demand.
• Stay abreast of tech advances and industry trends to refine strategy and develop new products.
• Communicate changes and business cases clearly to management.
• Develop and implement a marketing strategy including promotions, collateral, merchandising and alternate channels to market.
• Support sales and business through training, trade shows, and market development programs.
