Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated in Shelton, CT is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Fiber Systems line. You will own product strategy, lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership to drive revenue and profitability across cables, assemblies, connectivity, enclosures, and tools.

You will lead market insights, new product commercialization, and marketing plans while aligning with sales, operations, and customers to grow market share and profitability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in engineering/product management.
Strong organizational and project management skills.

Willingness to travel 10–15%.

Responsibilities

Gather market insights and drive new product development and lifecycle management.
Communicate complex business cases across all levels of the organization.
