Amazon Web Services, Inc. in Seattle seeks a Sr. Product Manager - Technical (External Services) to own product-led growth for AWS Startup Advisor, an AI-powered service that integrates with Claude Code, Kiro, VS Code, and Cursor.

You’ll drive the full funnel from discovery through activation, retention, and AWS adoption, shaping onboarding experiences and distribution across developer ecosystems. This high-ownership role sits at the intersection of generative AI, developer tools, and growth,

Qualifications

5+ years as a Technical Product Manager.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/Math/Finance/Economics.
Experience taking a product from conception to market.
Experience owning product-led growth for a developer-facing product.

Responsibilities

Own the growth strategy and roadmap for an externally-facing AI-powered service.
Design onboarding, activation, and retention flows to accelerate time-to-value.
Create growth loops and integrations to spread product through builder communities.
Define partnerships for IDE marketplaces, plugin registries, and open-source repos.
Partner with Engineering and Data Science on telemetry and A/B testing.
Coordinate with field teams to connect product signals to sales and partnerships.
