Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product management experience.
• 5+ years in software/network/IT or related fields.
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products from concept to GTM.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the multi-year product vision and strategy for one or more RTC product areas within Amazon Connect.
• Author PRFAQs, strategy documents, and 3-year visions aligning engineering, design, and leadership.
• Identify and drive new-to-world opportunities beyond traditional domains.
• Make high-judgment trade-offs across priorities and investments as the named product decision-maker.
• Drive cross-organizational alignment across product teams to ensure composable RTC primitives.
• Represent the product externally with strategic enterprise customers and translate needs into strategy.
• Establish mechanisms (OKRs, business reviews, tenets) to raise planning and execution standards.
• Mentor Senior PMTs and raise PM discipline across the organization.
• Influence across engineering, science, design, GTM, and finance to advance multi-team initiatives.
