Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working as a Technical Product Manager
• 10+ years of technical experience
• Experience in taking a product from conception through engineering design to market
• Experience delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS or LaaS products
• Experience partnering closely with design to define and ship customer-facing experiences

Responsibilities

• Partner with design to define and own the end-to-end experience for AI learning teammates, from onboarding and interaction patterns to how learning is delivered in the flow of work.
• Define product requirements and author business requirements documents that align engineering, design, science, learning scientists, and leadership around a shared vision for each capability.
• Own the roadmap for one or more learning teammate product areas, making trade-off decisions across competing priorities, customer commitments, and technical investments.
• Represent the product externally with enterprise customers, translating their workforce development and certification needs into product direction and measurable adoption goals.
• Drive cross-team alignment to ensure teammate capabilities are composable and reusable across the learning portfolio, partnering with learning science and certification stakeholders to keep in-the-flow experiences grounded in proven learning principles.
