Job summary

Slate Auto is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technical to lead the core experience for Sales and Service teams in the electric vehicle space. You will partner with engineering, design, finance, and marketing to define and execute a multi‑year roadmap.

You will own PRDs, translate customer needs into features, and drive agile, lean development to deliver value quickly while managing resources effectively.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in software product management or related technical role.
• 7+ years building and shipping technical products.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate tech and business concepts.
• Experience with mobile app development on Android or iOS.
• Experience with Salesforce Service and Marketing Clouds.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product roadmaps focused on the core experience for Sales and Service teams.
• Work backwards from end state to define product and design requirements.
• Own detailed PRD development and collaborate with engineering and design.
• Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to translate insights into features.
• Advocate for agile and lean product development to accelerate time to market.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement with rapid iteration.
