Hashgraph is seeking a Senior Product Manager for HashSphere to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of its tokenization and markets capabilities for Tier-1 FSIs. You will partner with Sales and Engineering, translate institutional requirements into features, and drive cross-functional delivery from discovery to pilot-to-production.

You will also use AI to prototype rapid testable artifacts and shape go-to-market narratives for banks, asset managers, and payment networks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong technical background.
• Strong track record of launching products for enterprise customers.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and managing integrations into complex environments.
• High agency and ability to drive initiatives without waiting for direction.
• Comfort using AI tools to prototype and ship testable artifacts.

Responsabilités

• Own HashSphere's up-market roadmap (Privacy, Partnership Integrations, deployment models). Define requirements and drive engineering prioritization.
• Collaborate with tokenization leads for banks and FMIs; align roadmaps and ensure multi-platform integrations.
• Support enterprise deal cycles with Sales; contribute during technical evaluations, InfoSec reviews, and RFP responses.
• Track competitive intelligence in enterprise tokenization and private blockchain; feed market signals into roadmap decisions.
• Use AI tools to build prototypes and move quickly from customer insight to testable artifacts.
