You will partner with the Head of Tokenization to own the end‑to‑end product design and technical roadmap, balancing regulatory constraints with on‑chain mechanics for issuers and institutional investors.

Qualificações

• Translate regulatory, capital markets, and blockchain constraints into product requirements.
• Define tokenization product strategy and roadmap across issuance, lifecycle, custody, settlement, and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end tokenization hub roadmap and design for issuers onboarding, minting, servicing, and investor workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope problems and build integrated solutions.
• Meet issuers and investors to validate product direction and translate needs into roadmap signals.
• Partner with the commercial team on live deals as the product expert for regulatory and on‑chain mechanics.
