Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Hashgraph is building a cross-ledger settlement solution for institutional use, including collateral mobility and cross-border payments. The role leads product requirements, roadmaps, and collaboration with BD and engineering to bring live settlement capabilities to market.
You will drive trials with validators and customers, and ensure release readiness through rigorous evaluation of performance, security, and usability.
Hashgraph is a fast-growing software company committed to supporting, developing and servicing Hedera, an open source, proof-of-stake platform. Hedera is EVM-compatible and has been specifically built to meet the needs of enterprise and web3 applications, which require speed, security, stability and sustainability. Hedera’s public network is governed by industry-leading organizations, spanning 11 sectors and 14 regions who oversee the development and direction of the decentralized platform.
Assets are landing on ledgers faster than anyone has built a way to move them between ledgers. Collateral sits on one chain while the position it should be margining sits on another. Delivery-versus-payment and payment-versus-payment both work inside a single ledger and both break the moment the two legs live in different places. The available workarounds are bridges, which have lost more than $2.8 billion since 2021.
The team that built Hedera from the ground up is now building a cross-ledger solution for institutional settlement: collateral mobility, DvP, PvP, cross-border payments, and FX across public and private ledgers that do not otherwise interoperate.
Candidates who meet the basic qualifications and none of the preferred should still apply. The preferred list is learnable in a quarter.
Travel to customer, validator, and partner sites, including international travel will be required.
