Anchorage Digital seeks a Product Manager to lead the tokenization hub on our core platform, partnering with business and engineering to shape the end-to-end roadmap for on-chain securities, tokenized MMFs, and related infrastructure.

You will translate regulatory and capital markets constraints into actionable requirements, own the design and delivery, and collaborate with issuers and institutional investors to advance adoption across asset classes.

Qualifications

• Define tokenization strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle across issuance, custody, settlement, and investor workflows.
• Translate regulatory, capital markets, and blockchain constraints into clear product requirements.
• Lead product delivery across a multi-asset-class roadmap in a regulated environment.
• Drive issuer onboarding and investor experience, building reusable primitives.

Responsabilités

• Define tokenization product requirements and roadmap with engineering and business leads.
• Own end-to-end product design for tokenized assets and platforms.
• Partner with issuers and institutional investors to test product direction and gather feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with legal, compliance, and client-facing teams.
