Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a strong technical background in software development, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
• Proven track record managing roadmaps and launching enterprise products.
• Experience collaborating with external partners and integrating into complex environments.
• High initiative and the ability to drive initiatives without waiting for direction.
• Comfort using AI tools to prototype and ship testable artifacts.

Responsibilities

• Own HashSphere's up-market product roadmap, defining requirements and prioritizing engineering work.
• Collaborate with tokenization, banking, and FMIs leads to align roadmaps with platform strategy.
• Support enterprise deals with technical depth during evaluations, InfoSec reviews, and RFP responses.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and feed market signals into product positioning.
• Prototype concepts with AI to accelerate customer validation and reduce cycle times.
