3E is seeking a Product Manager for the Chemical & Workplace Safety Product team. You will translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and shape solutions across the Chemical & Workplace Safety portfolio, including 3E Protect and related services.

You’ll work with Engineering, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and subject matter experts to balance customer value with business priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management, EHS, chemical safety, regulatory compliance, or product stewardship.
• Experience taking customer or business problems from discovery through delivery with measurable outcomes.
• Experience evaluating, implementing, or replacing business software or applications.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own product initiatives from discovery through prioritization, planning, delivery, adoption, and improvement.
• Translate customer, market, and business needs into clear product requirements and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams through planning, development, testing, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Ensure teams address real customer and business problems with clear context and success criteria.
• Focus on adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and measurable business impact.
