Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to drive the strategy, delivery, adoption, and responsible operation of our enterprise LLM portfolio, with focus on ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise, including chat, API, and coding products.

You will translate user needs into priorities, coordinate with India-based teams, and improve governance, access, cost efficiency, and user support across global delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• Approximately 4 years of product management/ownership or related experience with enterprise SaaS or AI products.
• Knowledge of LLM products and APIs (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Codex) and related governance and cost controls.
• Experience coordinating distributed teams across time zones and managing backlogs.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform administration and governance for enterprise AI products and APIs.
• Define product direction, backlog and roadmaps; coordinate with India-based delivery teams.
• Evaluate new features and vendor releases for enterprise value and risks; plan pilots and rollouts.
• Maintain governance, risk, and responsible use policies in collaboration with Security and Compliance teams.
• Support onboarding, adoption, and user enablement; develop training materials and guides.
