Baker Tilly US is seeking a Senior Associate Product Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, adoption, and governance of the firm’s enterprise large language model portfolio, with primary focus on ChatGPT Enterprise and Claude Enterprise; including chat, API, and coding related products.

This role coordinates with India‑based teams, drives access, support, enablement, and cost efficiency, and ensures strong governance and responsible use across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of product management/ownership for enterprise SaaS or AI products.
• Experience with LLM products, APIs, and developer platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with identity management, SSO, and RBAC is a plus.
• Strong communication, backlog management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to coordinate distributed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead platform administration and operational excellence for enterprise AI platforms.
• Define product direction, backlog, and success criteria for cross‑functional teams in India and the US.
• Develop roadmaps for ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, and related APIs.
• Maintain governance, risk policies, and responsible use guidelines with security and compliance teams.
• Provide end‑user enablement, training materials, and prompt resources.
• Communicate status, decisions, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
