Motion Recruitment's client, a leader in retail eCommerce, seeks a Senior Product Manager on a 3-month contract for 100% remote work. The role focuses on customer experience and end-to-end digital shopping.

You will partner with engineering, UX, merchandising, and marketing to define strategy, run experiments, analyze data, and drive improvements that boost conversion and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management, with e-commerce or digital consumer products.
• Proven track record from strategy to execution delivering measurable outcomes.
• Experience building strategies and roadmaps balancing customer needs and business priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills using data, customer insights, and experimentation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence partners across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Merchandising, AI, Analytics.
• Strong communication of product vision, priorities, tradeoffs, and the "why" behind decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering, UX, Merchandising and Marketing to ship high-impact features.
• Define and execute a two-year product strategy for bottom-of-funnel domains.
• Drive High-Velocity Experimentation: Run continuous A/B testing and experimentation cycles.
• Conduct rigorous data analysis, usability testing, and customer research to identify friction points.
• Lead the design and implementation of post-discovery flows to reduce drop-off and boost lifetime value.
• Lead agile sprint cycles delivering immediate UX improvements while maintaining a scalable transactional foundation.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap priority, and conversion insights to executives.
