Job summary

Route is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the consumer checkout experience and drive the roadmap end-to-end. This remote role collaborates with Engineering, Analytics, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Executive leadership to deliver impactful improvements.

You will establish and monitor key metrics, run high-quality experiments, and translate merchant feedback into strategic decisions while balancing short- and long-term priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management in B2B SaaS/eCommerce/payments/post-purchase spaces.
• Proven ownership of revenue-driving surfaces and metrics.
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, webhooks, platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own Route’s consumer checkout strategy and roadmap end-to-end.
• Define key metrics (conversion rate, take rate, AOV) and monitor performance.
• Lead experiments: hypotheses, test design, learnings, recommendations to leadership.
• Collaborate with merchants and cross-functional teams to scale checkout improvements.
• Translate feedback into strategic roadmap decisions balancing short- and long-term goals.
