Job summary

Target is seeking a Product Manager to lead a product category and define business objectives for digital experiences across web and mobile apps. You will partner with engineers, designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver actionable product roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

You will create comprehensive strategy, map roadmaps, and align OKRs with marketing and loyalty programs, guiding the product from concept through delivery while balancing customer value and technical

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in product management, preferably in e-commerce.
• Experience facilitating communication between business and tech teams.
• Experience in an agile environment with user stories and sprints.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and partners.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to define measurable results and drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and OKRs.
• Collaborate with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and partners to deliver product customer experience across web and apps (iOS/Android).
• Lead marketing pilot initiatives and site/app experiences.
• Ensure ROI by marketing engine optimization.
• Voice of the product to stakeholders; maintain backlog and epics.
• Manage marketing content pilots and internal/external resources to support initiatives.
