Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, CS, data science, engineering, or related field.
• Experience owning/defining roadmaps and product strategy.
• Experience delivering end-to-end product solutions.
• Experience owning technology products and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategy for onboarding partners with innovative capabilities.
• Design and implement routing and disposition logic for returns.
• Lead 3-year planning and operating plan cycles for direct-to-disposition expansion.
• Extend direct-to-disposition capabilities to Europe and emerging markets.
• Optimize sortation operations and evaluate tools for the direct-to-disposition program.
• Create removals and accounting workflows for direct-to-disposition inventory.
• Ensure SOPs and contracts are adhered to during removals.
• Forecast capacity and network expansion for direct-to-disposition.
