Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking a seasoned program manager to own the direct-to-disposition program, bridging product innovation, operations optimization, and supply chain transformation for returns at scale.

You will collaborate with product managers, program managers, software developers, vendor managers, and operations stakeholders to build scalable solutions, own end-to-end delivery, and drive program results across the return supply chain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive program objectives through program management, planning, oversight, and documentation.
• Onboard partners with innovative capabilities and configure returns injections for the direct-to-disposition program.
• Design and scale services and tools to handle increasing volume and complexity, with end-to-end routing of returns.
• Develop and track KPIs and SLAs, support xBR and benchmark data creation.
