Job summary

NYSE is building the infrastructure for the next era of capital markets, focusing on tokenized securities with a digital asset trading platform. This role leads product development and commercial strategy within the Data & Digital Asset Products organization, reporting to the Head of Data & Digital Asset Products.

You will own the roadmap, partner with legal, compliance, and operations, develop partnerships with brokers, custodians, and liquidity providers, and translate regulatory and market

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in financial services with exposure to equity market structure or digital asset platforms.
• Familiarity with U.S. capital markets regulation (SEC, FINRA) and related frameworks.
• Proven ability to drive product or business initiatives from concept to launch in regulated environments.
• Experience in commercial roles—business development or partnerships—in market infrastructure or fintech.
• Solid understanding of blockchain concepts, tokenized assets, and on-chain settlement.
• Excellent communicator; comfortable presenting to senior leadership, regulators, and clients.
• Self-starter with strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for NYSE's digital asset trading platform.
• Partner with technology, legal, compliance, and operations to define requirements and drive milestones.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess implications for platform strategy.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with broker-dealers, custodians, liquidity providers, issuers, and vendors.
• Lead onboarding strategy and outreach to prospective participants.
• Prepare materials for leadership and regulators on strategy and progress.
