Job summary

Innova Solutions seeks a Vice President of Product Management to lead digital asset platform strategy, roadmap, and execution from New York onsite. You will own end-to-end product vision, partner with engineering, risk, and legal, and shape GTM to capitalize market opportunities.

The role requires 5+ years in product management of complex platforms, strong regulatory understanding, and proven executive stakeholder leadership.

Qualifications

• This role requires 5+ years in Product Management for complex platforms.
• Deep understanding of digital assets, blockchain, and market infrastructure.
• Hands-on regulatory experience in financial environments.
• Ability to size opportunities, build business cases, and execute GTM plans.
• Strong leadership and executive stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital asset capabilities.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, pricing structures, and GTM strategies.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Compliance to launch and optimize products.
• Ensure features meet regulatory and institutional risk standards.
• Provide strategic thought leadership on digital asset infrastructure.
