Job summary

Raymond James seeks a Senior Product Manager to partner with Institutional Trading Technology, owning end-to-end product lifecycle for Global Equities platforms at the New York City Park Ave corporate office. This role interfaces with Institutional Trading, Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and vendors to translate strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience owning technology products through full lifecycle.
• Experience with electronic trading platforms or trading tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology product partner for Global Equities desks and platforms.
• Own product lifecycle including strategy, roadmap, and backlog prioritization.
• Lead requirements, backlogs, and acceptance criteria with Engineering and delivery partners.
• Provide product leadership during incidents and operational escalations.
• Drive modernization and strategic replacements of trading platforms and capabilities.
