Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (NYSE) is building the next era of capital markets through a digital asset trading platform.

This senior role leads product development and commercial strategy for tokenized securities, engaging with institutional clients and regulators. Based in New York, you will own the roadmap, drive partnerships, and collaborate with legal, compliance, technology, and operations to hit regulatory and commercial milestones while reporting to the Head of Data & Digital Asset

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years in financial services with market structure experience.
• Familiarity with US capital markets regulation (SEC, FINRA).
• Proven ability to drive product or business initiatives from concept to launch in a regulated environment.
• Experience in commercial roles—business development, partnerships, or revenue ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product roadmap for NYSE’s digital asset trading platform.
• Partner with legal, compliance, technology, operations, and sales to meet regulatory and commercial milestones.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with broker‑dealers, custodians, liquidity providers, issuers, tokenization platforms, and tech vendors.
• Represent NYSE externally at industry forums, with institutional clients, and with prospective platform participants on market structure topics.
• Track and report on platform KPIs, commercial pipeline, and revenue performance for senior leadership.
