Job summary

Northern Trust Corp is seeking a Specialist Product Manager, Digital Asset Solutions to own the global portfolio, strategy, and roadmap. You will translate capabilities into differentiated client solutions and guide product lifecycle from concept to launch.

You will partner with Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Sales, and Relationship Management to drive commercialization, pricing, governance, and revenue opportunities, with focus on digital asset tech.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in financial services with product management, strategy, or technology delivery.
Experience developing and scaling digital asset solutions (DLT, tokenization, CBDCs, stablecoins).
Strong knowledge of asset servicing products including custody and fund services.
Experience leading pricing, business cases, and investment prioritization.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Own the global digital asset portfolio, strategy, and roadmap.
Convert capabilities, data, reporting, and services into differentiated client solutions.
Lead pricing, business cases, investment decisions, and revenue opportunities.
Drive delivery across the product lifecycle and oversee launches and governance.
