Job summary

Tradeweb seeks an experienced Digital Assets Product Specialist to advance its institutional crypto trading platform and the broader digital asset strategy. The role requires deep expertise in counterparty risk, custody, collateral management, and prime brokerage models.

The position involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, Security, and Infrastructure to deliver scalable, resilient trading solutions and evolving market infrastructures.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in institutional electronic trading or digital assets.
• Deep understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity, and API integrations.
• Experience with crypto market makers, exchanges, custodians, prime brokers, or institutional liquidity providers.
• Knowledge of counterparty risk frameworks, custody workflows, settlement, and operational controls in digital asset markets.
• Strong understanding of front‑to‑back trading workflows, including execution, settlement, and post‑trade lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional initiatives across business, product, engineering, operations, and external counterparties.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product and market structure specialist for Tradeweb’s digital asset initiatives and platform expansion.
• Support development of institutional trading workflows spanning execution, settlement, custody, and onboarding.
• Provide SME on market structure, liquidity models, exchange connectivity, and custody frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Security and Infrastructure to deliver scalable, client‑focused solutions.
• Guide design and enhancement of API integrations and liquidity connectivity across the stack.
• Assist leadership in evaluating tokenization trends and evolving institutional trading practices.
