Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the developer experience for the Agent API. You’ll own the developer portal, docs, SDKs, credentials, error handling, and debugging traces to accelerate time-to-first-call for enterprise developers.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Education to keep the experience coherent as the API grows, starting with the Agent API and expanding across products.

Qualifications

• You are an expert in developer products and have owned public APIs, SDKs, or developer portals.
• You read API documentation, can authenticate and make a call yourself, and understand how teams consume LLMs and agents.
• You treat onboarding as a product and craft clear quickstarts and working code samples.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end developer journey from first visit to production.
• Make the portal and docs a first-class surface with SDKs, samples, and changelogs.
• Align the API with existing standards for LLMs and agents to feel native, not bespoke.
• Make agentic workflows debuggable with clear errors and verbose logs.
• Reduce onboarding time from credentials to a working call.
